Certified Virtual Assistant Rona Lee has
been Linda Black's personal assistant since 2000. Rona
is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a B.A. in French,
a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with an M.A.
in Counseling and Guidance, a Certified Paralegal, and
an IVAA- Certified Virtual Assistant (CVA).
In addition to operating R&R Word Processing and
Design where she offers word processing, desktop publishing,
and resume writing services,(www.rapidandreliable.com),
Rona is an instructor in the Business Education Departments
of both Cuesta College and Allan Hancock College, teaching
Computer Applications and Office Administration courses.
She has developed a curriculum entitled "The Administrative
Assistant" and also conducts job search and writing
skills workshops. She is a faculty advisor to students
who participate in the Cooperative Work Experience program
at Hancock College. She teaches Intro to Computers and
ESL classes in the Adult Education program of the Lucia
Mar Unified School District. Rona also conducts on-site
computer and office skills training for local businesses
as The 'Puter Tutor.
Rona is currently traveling the world.
